NC Workers’ Comp Guide

I am honored to serve as co-editor of North Carolina Workers’ Compensation Law: A Practical Guide for Success at Every Stage of a Claim. The Guide is a popular resource for North Carolina lawyers practicing in the area of workers’ compensation, especially those who represent injured workers. The Guide is a collaborative effort of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and LexisNexis.

It takes a lot of work to publish a book. Most of that work was done by my co-editor Valerie A. Johnson, an outstanding attorney and even better person. I am deeply indebted to the chapter authors who are among the most accomplished workers’ compensation attorneys in North Carolina. And I offer sincere thanks to Hallie Kennedy and awesome the staff at NCAJ as well as the folks at LexisNexis for their excellent work.

You can purchase a copy of the book at Amazon.
