I was hesitant to get a lawyer, really didn’t think I needed one. Then I got a letter from worker comp, saying I couldn’t talked to HR, or my case manger without going through the insurance companies lawyer. So I contacted Mr Bunn, he calmed my fears, explaining every step of what was going to happen next. It took all the stress away. Very easy to communicate with, and Ms Latta kept me up to date with thing I needed to do, and appointments.

You may not think you need a lawyer for your workers compensation claims but, believe me,you do! Dealing with insurance companies is a legal minefield as they are looking out for themselves and not you. I retained Mr.Bunn based on his many 5 star reviews and those reviews are well deserved. Mr. Bunn's only concern are his clients. He has a singular goal of doing what's best for you, as workers compensation is the sole focus of his practice.
Mr. Bunn is straight forward, compassionate and very responsive to his clients.

If I could give Attormey Kevin Bunn and JoAnne, his amazing paralegal 10 stars I would! When I got injured I needed an Attorney that knew all the laws for Workers Compensation and Mr Bunn new everything I needed for an Attorney to protect me during my case. My injury turned into a horrible pain syndrome called CRPS or RSD and Attorney Kevin Bunn knew how to fight for me while I battled my injury. CRPS is tricky with a work injury and Attorney Kevin Bunn knew all the laws to protect me with that also.

I live out of state and reached out to Kevin on behalf of my father, who was injured at work. First of all.. I want to thank God and my daughter to find such an awesome lawyer Mr.Bunn. I was kind of nervous meeting Mr. Bunn for the first time because he would ask me to explain from the beginning about my injury and ask me again the same questions. I have a very heavy accent and I know I speaks very fast at time. Sometime he would ask me the same question over again. So, I said to myself, this is not going to be a good lawyer for me. I found out that he want to know and understand what I was saying. The more I talk to Mr. Bunn the more i understand about the law. He would explain how workers compensation law is all about. The Insurance company was sending me check of what they believe was the right amount every week. Mr.Bunn recover the amount they were sending was wrong. So my weekly check was $150. Words cannot adequately express my gratitude for Kevin Bunn, and his awesome paralegal, Joanne. Kevin is an individual with character traits that a client would want from their attorney. When I was injured at work I had NO idea that I was about to embark on a legal battle with an employer whom I had LOVED to work for during the past thirty some years.
